We’re Daluma Travel, the oldest tourist office in Split, Croatia. Small office, founded in Split, has been expanding during all this years to a company consisting of two offices located in the main Railway and Maritime buildings in Split rendering complete services in the complex tourist industry.
Article 6.
Legal and natural persons referred to in Article 5, paragraph 1 and paragraph 2, points 1-3 and 6-8 of this Act, when providing tourism services, are obliged to:
1. publish the conditions, content and price of each individual service in the Croatian language, and may at the same time publish them in another language that is clear and understandable to the traveler, and adhere to these conditions, content and prices.
2. issue an invoice to the user for each service provided, in accordance with special regulations governing the issue and storage of invoices
3. enable the user of the service to submit a written complaint at its business premises and confirm its receipt in writing without delay and enable the user of the service to submit a written complaint by post, fax or e-mail, in writing
Respond to the complaint within 15 days of the date of receipt of the complaint, visibly display a notice on the method of submitting a written complaint in the business premises and on the website, and keep and keep written records of complaints for at least one year from the date of receipt of the written complaint.
